Pr. Han is a pioneer scientist in the industrialization of perinatal stem cell technologies.To date, Pr. Han has published 9 books and more than 500 papers, among which250 papers were published in peer-reviewed international journals. As the principle inventor, Pr. Han has obtained 30 invention patents on novel stem cells, molecules and related technologies. He has also obtained more than 30 national or province scientific awards and honors.In 2006, Pr Han was nominated as a foreign corresponding member of the French National Academy of Medicineand in 2014 he was elected as member of French National Academy of Technology. She contributes to companies’ international development strategy by collaborating with external partners and academics. She has a vast international experience with implementing activities in North and South Americas, Australasia, Europe and emerging countries.
She has been responsible for setting up new R&D centers in Asia and more specifically in China in the past. She has published in several scientific journals.

Jinquan Liu

He is eading technical strategy and direction of R&D microbiology innovation projects with focus on microbiome, biofilm and antimicrobial technology researches. JQ graduated from Kyoto University with PhD degree in microbial biochemistry. He served as an assistant professor for 4 years at Toyama Prefectural University before he joined P&G Japan in 1999. He had been a scientist, senior scientist and section head of P&G Asia microbiology section before appointment to Principal Scientist in 2015.

Scott Beaudry is director of baby care R&D for Johnson & Johnson located in Shanghai and responsible for baby care product development across Asia-Pacific including China.  He has also been responsible for establishing baby care standards globally for Johnson & Johnson. He has worked for Johnson & Johnson for over 20 years in baby personal care, compromised skin care, and sensory & behavioral innovation development including over 10 years of experience working in Asia-Pacific.

Scott holds a Master’s degree in Business from Rutgers University, State University of New Jersey and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.

Li He, MD, PhD

Prof. Li He graduated from Kunming Medical College, and received her PhD degree from Yunnan University in 2006, and has been working in department of dermatology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University since then as associate professor, professor, chairman and executive president.
She was engaged in the clinical, teaching and research work of dermatology, especially focused on the clinical and research work of UV-induced dermatoses and medical cosmetics. She is the PI of 18 national projects including. She has published 160 articles on national and international journals, which include Nature Communication. She was also published 6 monographs as the chief editor and 6 guidelines and expert consensus. She received 6 provincial scientific awards and 6 national patents for invention. She was also granted National outstanding scientific and technological workers, the doctor of China.
Her academic appointments include Vice Chairman of Pan Asian Pacific Skin Barrier Research Society, Vice-chair of Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, Chairman of Medical Cosmetology, Chinese Medical Association, Branch Association of Dermatology and Venereology, Chinese Medical Association, Branch Association of Dermatology, Chinese Medical Doctor Association and the PI of the national research center of photomedicine and skin barrier. She is the chief editor of Dermatology and Venereology, and the editor of 10 national journals including Chinese Journal of Dermatology, Chinese Journal of Dermatology and Venerology, and Journal of Clinical Dermatology, etc. 

Mr.Wei Liu

Wei Liu (male) is the director of PLA Institute of Dermatology, and the director and chief physician of Dermatology Hospital of Air Force General Hospital of PLA; he is also a professor and doctoral supervisor. In 1991, Liu graduated from the Fourth Military Medical University and received his doctor degree of Medicine. He conducted the post-doctoral research during his stay in the Netherlands from 1996 to 1998. He has many years working experience in the medical practice, research and teaching in dermatology, especially in the researches of skin photobiology, cosmetics dermatology and efficacy evaluation on cosmetics. He has published more than one hundred academic articles in the professional magazines domestically and internationally, and was awarded the 2nd prize of National and Military Science & Technology Progress Award twice and the 3rd prize of Military Science & Technology Progress Award three times. He organized and composed 7 mandatory national standards, including the Diagnosis Standards and Treatment Principles for Cosmetics Dermatology, as well as his representative works “Fundamental of Modern Cosmetic Dermatology” and “Dermatology and Efficacy Evaluation on Cosmetics”. His major social positions include deputy director of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology Committee of Chinese Medical Association, deputy director of National Cosmetic Standard Committee of Ministry of Health, standing member of Dermatologist Committee of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, member of International Society of Dermatology (ISD). He is currently taking part in the editorial board of more than ten magazines such as “Chinese Journal of Dermatology”, “Journal of Clinical Dermatology”, “the Chinese Journal of Dermatovenereology”, “the Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology”, etc.

Dr Mason Wang

Mason was trained as a Biochemical Engineer with a PhD degree from East China University of Science & Technology at Shanghai in 1998. He started his career in Unilever at Apr of 1999 as a scientist in natural products research in Unilever R&D Shanghai. In 2005, he was appointed as the Head of Unilever Foods & Health Research Institute in Shanghai, leading Unilever tea and functional foods research in China. In Oct 2007, Mason became the Director of Research, Unilever China, looking after research programs on naturals, synthetic chemistry and new materials. During 2003-2004, he worked as a research associate at the Department of Chemistry at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. 2009-2010, He, as a visiting scholar, worked at Whistler center for Carbohydrate Research, Purdue University. Dr. Le Du, founder of UNISKIN, obtained his Bachelor degree in Molecular Biology from UCLA with the highest Latin Honor, Summa Cum Laude, and College Honor in 2011. Immediately following his graduation, Dr. Du started studying for his M.D. degree in New York before he returned to Los Angeles and became an Internal Medicine resident physician at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
Dr. Du returned to China in late 2016 and founded UNISKIN, a personalized skin care brand with technology based on molecular testing utilized on skin.
